When was the last time someone asked how you were? And you didn't answer as a mum, partner, employee, carer or the person holding everything together?
Just you.
Because somewhere between the school lunches, appointments, laundry, work, mental load, sleepless nights and caring for everyone else, many women quietly lose themselves. Not in a dramatic way. In a thousand tiny ways.
You stop moving your body because there's no time.
You stop doing things you love because everyone else comes first. You stop recognising yourself in the mirror. You keep pushing through exhaustion because you think that's just what motherhood is supposed to feel like.
But what if it isn't? What if your body isn't broken? What if you're not failing?
What if you've simply spent so long looking after everyone else that you've forgotten how to look after yourself? Join us for an intimate evening of connection, conversation and practical women's health education as we explore the physical, emotional and nervous system impacts of motherhood.

I wish someone told us earlier that “the pill” was never the full plan. Most of us weren’t actually “managed,” we were paused.
Paused symptoms, paused questions, paused answers. but not healed.
And then when everything flared again, we blamed ourselves.
We thought our bodies were the problem.
We thought we were doing something wrong.
We thought pain coming back meant we were “getting worse.”
But this is a load of bu****it, I know it and now you know it; your body never stopped asking for help.
It just didn’t get the kind of help it needed.
Endo, adeno, chronic pelvic pain, they don’t live in one organ. It lives in your fascia, your nerves, your pelvic floor, your diaphragm, your lymphatics, your immune system, your history, even your mind (not literally lesions on your brain (which fiy can happen)).
Birth control can change hormones, but it can’t unwind a lifetime of tension, trauma, inflammation, or mechanical load.
And none of us were told that.
Not once.
If you feel comfortable, I genuinely want to hear your experience:
Were you ever offered anything beyond birth control?
Did anyone ever explain why your pain kept coming back?
You’re not dramatic.
You’re not imagining it.
You’re not “difficult.”
You were under-treated 🖤🌸

Women deserve to feel safe in their bodies.
Women deserve pleasure without pain.
Women deserve births that feel euphoric, not traumatic.
Women deserve to understand their bodies so deeply that no one can ever take that power away again.

This is why I do what I do.
I help women heal their pelvic pain, endometriosis, adenomyosis, reclaim their pleasure, soften into their bodies again, and step into a level of self-love that becomes their new baseline.

If you’ve landed here, your body is asking for something more: more truth, more knowledge, more understanding, connection, safety, more pleasure, more YOU.

Welcome home đź–¤
