Ingredients per serve

* 70g Vetta Protein Spaghetti (dry)
* 180g raw green prawns
* 15g Perfect Italiano shaved Parmesan
* 15g fresh parsley, chopped
* 8g olive oil
* 10g crushed chilli
* 15g garlic, thinly sliced
* 2g salt

450 calories
50g protein
40g carbs
12g fat

Method

1. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
2. While the pasta cooks, thinly slice the garlic and chop the parsley.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and chilli flakes and cook until fragrant don’t let the garlic burn.
4. Add the prawns and cook until pink and cooked through.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss everything together.
6. Stir through the chopped parsley and shaved Parmesan.
7. Season with salt, toss once more and serve. 🍤🍝

Little trick: If it looks a bit dry, add a splash of the pasta cooking water when tossing everything together. You get that glossy aglio e olio sauce without needing to add more oil.
