Our coaches then had their first meeting of the year as well, where they discussed the year ahead for the club. Over the next few weeks we’ll be introducing each of our coaches so keep an eye out 👀

First training session of 2024 ✅

Are you looking to improve your running this year? Are you just starting out and not sure where to turn? Our coaches can help with setting goals and how to achieve them.

Come and try a session with us; all speeds, abilities and ages are welcome! We’d love to have you, training sessions are Tuesday, Thursday (daylight savings only) and Sunday. We also have a healthy contingent at so if you see one of our shirts then please come and say hello or feel free to ask us any questions you might have.

This week another of our members reached their 250 milestone . Well done to we’re all super proud of you and you’re running.

Well done to each and every one of the 400 park runners this morning, what a way to start the Xmas break! See some of you Xmas Day for a spin!

Well done to everyone who took part today especially Kyle B who racked up her 250th . What an awesome achievement.

Some of us spent the morning supporting our local Maribrynong River Run, course marshals, registration, finishing medals, and the final drinks station all saw the shirts giving a helping hand.

A great day organised by .funruns well done to them and all that took part 👏🏃🏻‍♀️

Super proud of all our members who took part in yesterday!

We hope everyone is recovering well, and enjoyed that post-run meal. Some of us headed to for a well deserved feast yesterday evening, to eat carbs and show off our medals.

Well done to everyone who took part, looking forward to seeing you out and about at the next run.

On Saturday September 23 we'll be celebrating parkrunners in their 80s and 90s at Maribyrnong parkrun!

Everyone is welcome to volunteer, walk, run, spectate or join us for a post-parkrun coffee at The Boathouse.
