"Going through surgery makes you a better person in a different way."

If you didn't already know, our very own Coach Beth has been through two ACL rehabs.

In this video, she shares what that journey was really like and the biggest lessons she's taken from it. Injuries and rehab don't define you, but how you choose to tackle the challenge can shape you into a stronger person on and off the field.

One thing we love about Pivot is that everyone has their own story, but we're all here because we love sport and love helping others stay involved in it.

If you're going through rehab right now, hopefully Beth's story gives you a bit of perspective and reminds you that you're not alone. 🧡

Meet Brandon Griffiths 👋

No, he’s not related to Yianni… despite the similarities. 🤷‍♂️😂

Brandon is the newest Physio joining the team at Pivot Ringwood, but his story with us actually started as a patient.

While completing his Master’s, he injured himself playing footy and came to Pivot for rehab. After experiencing the Pivot approach firsthand, he knew this was where he wanted to be. Following a stint in private practice down in Seaford, he’s officially joined the team here at Pivot.

We’re stoked to have you on board, Brandon, and can’t wait to see the impact you’ll have on our athletes and community. 💙
