HOW TO GET STRONG 💪
How to build strength in the gym and in life.
I will outline some of the fundamentals of building strength which will help you get results!
Compound Exercises - Compound exercises are exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time.
Some of the most common compound exercises are the Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and Overhead shoulder press.
Doing these exercises will help you to build more overall strength.
Do low reps with heavy weight - Doing low reps with a heavy weight will help your body adapt to lifting heavier weight and increasing your strength. Try to focus on 1-8 reps with 4 sets to build strength.
Eating in a calorie surplus - It is important that you are fuelling your workouts and recovery with giving your body a surplus of calories and nutrients that will help to increase strength, recovery and build muscle.
