✨Throwing it back to when we were celebrating the little wins.✨
LONG POST:
At this time a year ago I was told I had torn the labrum in my hip. With professional advice and support I was able to take on the rehabilitation myself and try mend, and strengthen my hip muscles/joints in order to avoid surgery.
The rehabilitation phase took longer than I hoped, was harder than I imagined but from the get go I was on a mission to get back to sport, training and running. I’m proud to say I’m back, my mission was a success, although I see the videos of how far back I was pushed due to my injury just goes to show if you put your mind to something, nothing will stop you.
