Wellness Wednesday: Your Hormones Don't Have to Hijack Your Fitness 🌙

Here's what I've learned training women through all life stages:
Week 1-2 of cycle: You might feel stronger - great time for challenging workouts
Week 3-4: Energy dips, cravings hit - perfect for gentle movement like walking or yoga
Menopause: Strength training becomes your best friend for bone health and mood
The key? Work WITH your body, not against it.
Some days you'll crush a workout. Other days, a 10-minute walk is victory. Both are perfect.
Your hormones aren't your enemy - they're information. Listen to what your body needs.
