The founder and the think tank behind the idea is none o
ther than ADNAN KHAWAJA. Khawaja has immense Cricketing experience all along his life (nearly 33 years) before he moved to Australia in 1997. Some of High-level clubs he was involved in includes (from late 80s and 90s):

GOALS:
Path way for current and future talented Pakistani Cricketers in Australia. Bring all Pakistani Cricketers on this platform and provide ongoing support. Bring community together through Cricket. Organize yearly Competition (20/20 and 50/50) with support of Cricket Victoria and Harmony Cricket for Pakistani Community and introduce talent through this. Organize Tennis and Tape ball competition on a yearly basis. Help Cricketers who can’t afford or can’t get time to play. Organize Tours of best selective Pakistani cricketers National and International. For KIDS:
Promote Cricket in Kids (Boys & Girls) by emphasizing fun and being active and organizefacilities for them. Instruct children on the rules, playing within the guidelines and optimizing performance in the framework of the games regulations. Help individuals improve their play as an individual and working within the team. Teach strategies, techniques and tactics that will improve game play. Evaluate and identify the most athletic players and put those players in position to lead the team. Analyse players with potential, spot weaknesses and address those areas in order to quickly resolve any ongoing issues. Collaborate with coaches from other areas to learn new techniques for building strong programs. Motivate players, assistants and team managers to achieve goals. Coach players with a passion, energy and excitement while teaching sportsmanship and integrity. Scout players from junior varsity that may be capable of moving up into varsity or senior role. In still a strong aptitude for school spirit, loyalty and pride
