Reactive agility is one of my favourite drills for young rugby league players. They train the brain to think and process faster, simulating game situations, they teach balance and body control which for positions such as fullback are really important, and they also transfer into defence and attack through change of direction, footwork and line speed.
There's many variations. Just make sure they mirror what you're trying to achieve in your session🏉🩵
