BIG NEWS IN THE FLOORBALL WORLD TONIGHT!

The Womens World Champs has been re-scheduled to take place earlier, now starting in November.
The Men's World Champs, originally scheduled for December this year, will now take place a whole year later.

This will see a 3 day overlap of the two World Champs!

For the spectators at home, there's going to be a crazy few weeks of high quality floorball ready for the watching!

Perfect the home...especially when you already have your own goalie...they set up in 10 seconds, and are super sturdy, even for the hardest of shots.

ISO Skills - Drag Shot

Learn how to perfect the Floorball Drag Shot - the most deadly shot you can master in floorball.

1. THE LEAD UP
-Ball countrol
-Eyes up
-Position of Ball

2. THE SHOT
-Technique over speed!
-Wrap around
-Front foot forward.

You will notice I don't even mention what your stick is actually when it comes time to shooting the ball - this is because if you do all 6 things above to perfection, then the final shot will take care of itself.

A brief run through of the Slap Shot in floorball.
(note: expereinced players will each have things they do differenty - this is simply about the fundementals)

3 BIGGIES TO REMEMBER:
1. Power Hand Grip
2. Step Through
3. Ground Contact and Follow through

Once you start to master this, start making contact with the floor even further from the ball - some of the best players in the world will have a 1m (approx) contact zone.

A few things to keep in mind:
1. ISO hair is real ..that is all.
