Buckley Park Tennis Club had a very successful tournament at Yarrawonga.
Ruby Bastola won the 11 & under singles , Ruby and Rivka Bastola runners up in 11 under girls doubles.

Arja Nath won the 15 u singles, Arja Nath and Harris Mamone won the 15 under doubles.

Dean Forbes won the B singles and Dean Forbes and Blake Izzard runners up in a tight 16-18 tie breaker.

All round an exciting tournament .

Keith and Gail tied the knot 60 years ago this week — long before mobile phones, emails, streaming services or online bookings. What did exist then, and still matters today, is community.

Gail’s long-standing contribution to Buckley Park Tennis Club helped shape the welcoming culture we value so highly — and for many years now, Keith has proudly carried that spirit forward. Through his ongoing involvement and the running of Wednesday and Sunday morning tennis, Keith continues to make the club a place that is open, friendly and welcoming to all — especially newcomers.

Congratulations to Keith and Gail on an incredible milestone, and thank you, Keith, for continuing to give back to the club and community that mean so much to you both. 👏🎾

Great effort considering due to rain relocation 34 of our players were unavailable due to tennis tournament and holiday commitments . Thank you to Blake who stepped up to complete the side and Harris that popped back for the night from Bendigo tournament to play .
