Heading back to the UK for April 😍
I’ve designed a 5 week program to keep my clients strong and fit while I’m away. It involves 2x 30 min workouts a week then an extra 10 min workout on a focus area (different each week, eg core/arms/cardio etc). You’ll receive a video three times a week and I will be holding you accountable to do those videos (I want to see photo evidence after reach workout! I’ll be hassling you if not!)
I will also be doing these workouts with my family back in the UK to encourage them to get fit alongside me while I keep up my strength while away from the studio!!
