We have beginner courses for those new to the sport through to advanced training and coaching groups. For beginners we will teach you the basics of swim, bike and run and give you the knowlegde and confidence to toe the start line and complete your first multisport events. We will help you reach your goals by setting specific and measureable performance targets, give targeted feedback and advice o
n improving and getting everything out of yourself on race day. At AMC we believe that it is important to see our athletes train that way we can give you the best possible feedback. No one person is the same and as a result no program will be the same. We will not give you a generic 12 week program.
