Taking the World Surf League by a storm, Isabella had an impeccable 2025 season, claiming her second world tour event victory and finishing 6 in the world overall.

Doubling as an elite athlete and an engineering student, Bella inspires the next generation to not only chase their surfing dreams, but their academic ones too 💪

We’re excited to share the 2025 Athlete of the Year - Next Gen winner is Addison Houslip ! A big thank you to our friends O2 Performance for supporting this award.

Addie has claimed multiple national and international triathlon titles and shown incredible resilience, bouncing back from a critical leg injury in October 2024 to reach peak performance 💪✨

Addison often helps train the younger athletes in her club and enjoy taking part in Sunshine Coast Council’s 7-years-to-grow campaign

Sponsored by Big Kart Track, this award goes to superstar surfer Landen Smales !

Landen is currently ranked 4th on the WSL Pro Junior Series, he won the Australian Indigenous Surfing Championships, and helped lead the North Shore Boardriders Inc to victory in the Australian Boardriders Battle.

Off the waves, he inspires the next generation, mentoring junior Indigenous surfers and leading in his local club 🌊 💙
