Today we’re celebrating the dads, grandads, partners, sons, brothers and all the wonderful father figures who make such a difference in our lives. 👏💙

Whether you’re the one cheering from the sidelines, keeping the family laughing, offering support, or simply being there when it matters most, today is all about celebrating YOU!💙

A very special Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing men in our Evolve community and beyond. We hope your day will be filled with love, laughter and plenty of spoiling, you deserve it! 🩵💙

And while today is a day of celebration, we also send extra love to those who are missing a very special man in their lives. 💙🩵

And of course, a special Father’s Day love to my amazing son , the BEST Dad following in his Dad’s footsteps! 🥰 Watching him with Ivy & Hunter over the years makes my heart so full. 💙

After a beautiful week away, soaking up precious family time and LOTS of love, I’m back! 💗✨

As much as I loved my time away, I’m SO excited to be back doing what I love and, most importantly, seeing my incredible Evolve Fitness community! 🥰💪

I’ve missed your smiles, your energy, the laughs and everything that makes Evolve so much MORE than fitness!

But before we get to Wednesday… we have our very special Father’s Day class!👨‍👧‍👦💙

Feeling incredibly grateful and a little humbled as I celebrate another year of life. 🥂✨
I feel so lucky to wake up every day and do what I love. Evolve Fitness has become so much more than a business to me, it’s a community, a family, and such a special part of my life. 🫶🏻
One of the most beautiful things about Evolve is watching people who may have never crossed paths in everyday life become friends, support one another and genuinely celebrate each other. Seeing those friendships and connections grow is something I’m incredibly proud of and grateful to be a part of. 🩷
Here’s to another year of growth, happiness, memories, friendship and becoming the best versions of ourselves. 💪🔥🥂
