Our Seal swimmers are developing strong safety knowledge, confidence, and advanced water skills as they prepare for more challenging aquatic environments.

In this level, we focus on:
β€’ Awareness of two safe entries and exits
β€’ Understanding pool areas and other aquatic environments
β€’ Personal water safety awareness
β€’ Self-preservation skills
β€’ Fitting a life jacket, entering the water, floating, and exiting safely
β€’ Surface diving and recovering objects from 1.2–1.5m depth
β€’ Sitting dive followed by push, glide, and steering back to the surface
