Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre is proud to deliver GOswim Swimming Lessons to students, families and the community in Lidcombe & Auburn and surrounding areas.

GOswim lessons will equip students of all ages and abilities with essential swimming and water safety skills, focusing on five key learning areas:

Safe entries and exits
Balance, movement and recovery
Breath control, submersion and readiness
Water safety
Swimming stroke development
