EMMA SCRIVEN REACHES 400 GAMES 🏑💙💛
A huge congratulations to Emma Scriven, who has played her 400th game for Sydney University Hockey Club!
Emma started playing hockey with SUHC Juniors at 11 years old (swipe to last pic 🥹) and, all these years later, is still proudly wearing the blue and gold. Reaching 400 games for one club is an incredible achievement and a testament to Emma’s commitment to SUHC and the game of hockey.
That commitment extends well beyond the field, with Emma currently serving as President, continuing to make an enormous contribution to the club both as a player and a leader.
Alongside her 400 club games, Emma has built an outstanding representative career. She has represented NSW throughout her junior and senior career, played for NSW Pride across four Hockey One seasons, and represented Australia at two FIH Indoor Hockey World Cups. Her hockey career has also taken her overseas, playing in both the England National League Indoor and Outdoor competitions.
Away from playing, Emma continues to give back to the sport through coaching and mentoring the next generation of athletes, sharing the experience and knowledge she has gained throughout her career.
From SUHC junior to 400-game player, Emma’s contribution to SUHC has been extraordinary.
Congratulations on an incredible milestone, Emma — here’s to many more games in blue and gold! 💙💛
