Whether you're aiming for high point score, chasing a personal best, or simply enjoying a day outdoors with fellow archers, this shoot promises great challenges, plenty of fun, and the friendly atmosphere Hastings Valley Archery Club is known for.

What a fantastic day at Hastings Archery Club! 🏹☀️

Today’s shoot was an absolute cracker! The vibe was brilliant from start to finish. It was so great to see a strong turnout with plenty of new members joining us, families getting involved, shiny new bows hitting the line for the first time and some familiar faces all getting plenty of arrows down range.

Huge respect to the A Range archers who went hard and navigated the tough course today…..a special shoutout for braving it past the A Range leeches — you absolute warriors! 🪱💪 won’t be forgetting the Bushman’s next time 😅😂

We even managed to beat the weather, which made the whole day even sweeter.
Massive thanks to everyone who came along, helped set up, made it such a welcoming and fun shoot. This is what club archery is all about!
Can’t wait for the next one! Who’s in?

Hastings Valley Archery Club – This Sunday’s Club Shoot! 🏹 Members ONLY

Good news archers! Weather looks to be improving for this Sunday’s club shoot so it’s going ahead!

Whether you’re chasing a beginner, tuning your new bow or just want to enjoy some time on the ranges with the crew, we’ve got you covered. Practice range will be open!

For those wanting a bit of adventure, there’ll be the option to use the A range as well. It’s hilly, dense and damp so it’s not for the faint hearted.

Dress appropriately for the weather – layers, waterproofs, good boots, and no camo!!
Come prepared and we’ll make the most of it no matter what Mother Nature throws at us.

See you Sunday! Bring your gear, your mates, and that competitive spirit.

🏹 To ALL Open day participants 16/05/26 🎯

At this stage, tomorrow’s Open Day is still proceeding as planned.

The grounds are currently holding up well and our shooting line is undercover, however with the ongoing rain forecast we will be conducting a further inspection of the grounds early tomorrow morning to assess any overnight changes.

A final update will be posted both on Facebook and the banner at the top of our website no later than 7:15am tomorrow morning:

✅ Working Bee COMPLETED 🤩🙏🎯
A big thank you to everyone who turned up for today’s Hastings Archery Club working bee!
We kicked things off with a quick mow to tidy up the grounds ready for the next Open day in 2 weeks time….then headed out for an interesting walk/recon on “A” Range. What an adventure!!!

The team spotted a few areas that needed attention and knocked over some handy little maintenance jobs while we were there. Great progress in a short time and now totally passable!
Days like today really show what our club is all about — a passionate bunch of archers looking after our facilities and making sure everyone can enjoy great shooting conditions.
Massive appreciation to all who helped out — your time and effort is genuinely valued! 🙌

🌧️ TOMORROW'S WORKING BEE CANCELLED

Due to the forecasted bad weather, tomorrow’s working bee at the range has been cancelled.

Thanks to everyone who was planning to lend a hand - it’s much appreciated. Enjoy the sleep-in instead!

WOW, what an ABSOLUTELY ELECTRIFYING day at Hastings Valley Archery Club!!! 🏹🎯

The sun was blazing, arrows were screaming straight to the rubber and the energy was OFF THE CHARTS—hands down one of the best shoots we've ever had!!!

MASSIVE congratulations to Peter absolutely CRUSHING and claiming the top spot like a legend!! Blake and Keith were right there breathing down his neck in the point score—pure archery fireworks!!! 🎇

And the juniors?! HOLY COW—James and Sienna went FULL WAR MODE in an edge-of-your-seat battle being so close in point score!!! So much talent, so much heart—unbelievable!!! ☺️

The turnout today was INSANE—incredible to see so many archers packing the range, the club is absolutely buzzing with passion and good vibes right now!!! Thanks to all those the HELPED OUT with the setup/packdown, you awesome people keep our club running!!! Let’s kee this momentum going!! 💪💪💪

Huge, HUGE shoutout and a million thanks 🙏 to our incredible volunteers who smashed the range clean-up on Saturday—you legends made this epic day possible!!! Can't wait to do it all again—who's ready to bring even more heat next time?! LET'S GOOOO!!!
