Teaching Taekwondo to all ages from 5 years old. We offer Taekwondo classes for the general public, suitable for men, women and children.

We offer Tiny Tot classes (in some locations)
We offer BJJ / Ground Fighting classes (in some locations)
We offer Muay Thai / Kickboxing / Boxing classes (in some locations)
We offer effective Self Defence training for the general public. We offer specialised Combat training for the security industry and armed service personnel (in some locations)
We offer competition / sports Taekwondo training. We offer Reality Bases Self Defence (in some locations)
