Good afternoon
The Rugby League Townsville and District Board is most pleased to advise the following, as at today:

Rugby League Townsville & District Inc. is now incorporated (Incorporated Association number 4581032) and we can now trade under that entity;
We are awaiting completion of the next step by Office of Fair Trading; i.e. approval to apply to convert to a company limited by guarantee.

The Board shall keep you informed as the matter progresses.

Very soon there will be an Expression of Interest disseminated to fill the 5th Board position (vice) Ross Anderson. I’m sure that you all would agree Ross’s service to the game of rugby of league was second to none and we wish him and family all the very best in their future endeavours.

Aaron is passionate about his community and helping others. He was the President of the Combined Emergency Services Committee from 1995 to 2000 which raised significant funds to help build the Ronald McDonald House in Townsville.
