SILVERBACKZ Our vision is to see all people all cultures empowered to live Christ-centred, healthier lives We also hold current First Aid and CPR Certificates.

We are a team of volunteers specialising in ZUU - an exciting dynamic primal pattern bodyweight training style. We are family orientated making health and fitness fun and achievable! As ZUU and ANKORR coaches we are also qualified Personal Trainers certified with III and IV in Fitness, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, Boxing for Fitness, Thump Boxing Trainers, Active Kids Trainers, Female Specific Trainer

s, Certified in Advanced Nutrition, Current Netball Australia Foundation Coach and Representatives in Oztag and Netball. We are very passionate about bringing a professional and high quality service to our city for all ages and believe together we can achieve your goals that can guide you and help you become the best version of yourself in Fitness, Sports and your Health
