Swimming lessons are about so much more than learning to swim, they help build confidence, independence, coordination, social skills and essential water safety skills that can last a lifetime. 🏊‍♀️✨

Thank you to our wonderful teachers for the patience, encouragement and care you bring to every lesson, and for making the pool a fun, safe and positive place for our little swimmers to learn. 💦

‼️From the 31st August to the 6th September come to swimming dressed as your favourite superhero ‼️

Rules ‼️
Swim in your fabulous costume for the first 10 minutes of your swim lesson, make sure you wear your usual swimmers underneath!

Snap a picture of your outfit before you swim to win best dressed prizes 🦸🏻‍♀️

🦸💧Water Warriors Unite💧🦸

On World Drowning Prevention Day, we’re celebrating our Water Warriors.
Because the real “superpower” is water safety habits from an early age.

Water Warriors we ask you to practice the Hills Swimming 3 R’s to help prevent Drowning one swim at a time!

RESPECT

Arms Reach 🤝: keep your children within arm’s reach.
Look, Listen, Wait 👀👂⏳: take turns, follow instructions, and wait to hear invited in.
Floatation Aid Free 🚫🎈: build real confidence—kids need skills without relying on floaties.

ROUTINE

Consistent Every Time 🔁: repeat the same safety routine each swim so it becomes automatic in an emergency.
Never Alone 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🚫

RECOVERY

To Safety 🧭: practice turning underwater and swimming to safety.
To Breathe 🫧: learn to pop up to breathe.
To Rest 💤: roll, float, and rest on the back to recover.
