Sayers Dance Centre is a nurturing school that believes you need to love something before you can do it well. DAY OF DANCE 2026 TICKETS ARE ALMOST HERE 💖

A little reminder to mark your calendars, Day of Dance tickets go on sale Monday 1 June at 10:00am

Day of Dance is our annual fundraising concert where students from Premier Dance Academy and Sayers Dance Centre come together for a special day of performance, community and giving back, raising funds for Mater Little Miracles and The Queensland Brain Institute (UQ)💜

Last year, together, our incredible community helped raise $40,000 for these important causes, and we are so excited to do it all again.

A huge congratulations to our beautiful Miss Emma Jane and her husband Myles on the safe arrival of their gorgeous baby boy, Benjamin, born on Saturday afternoon 💙

Beautiful Benjamin is doing wonderfully, and Miss EJ is settling into motherhood exactly as we all knew she would ,with the love, grace and warmth we all see her show our students.

Our students were absolutely bursting with excitement when they heard the wonderful news, as you can see from our footage 🥹 What a special moment for our dance family to share together.

Miss EJ has been a part of our dance family from the time she was 5 years old. We are so excited for her and her family at this very special time.

During the holidays, Grace participated in a workshop/audition with the prestigious Joffrey Ballet School and was awarded a 50% scholarship to their 2-week Summer Intensive in ballet! 🩰

Happy, hardworking teenagers,tired feet, full hearts, and a pride that comes from showing up and putting in the work.
It takes organisation to fit dance and study in…. And they are achieving this perfectly.

Not many industries get to witness this kind of dedication at this time of night. We do, and we never take it for granted. 💛
