Another amazing season for our Div 3 side, capped off with a spot in the Grand Final.
While the final scoreline didn’t go our way, we’re incredibly proud of this group and everything they’ve achieved. They’ve shown heart, resilience and true Redleg spirit all year long.

Have you ever wanted to give AFL a go but didn’t know where to start? This is the perfect place. Our annual free AFL9s competition is back. It’s fun, free and full of ways to learn the game. Give AFL9s a go and see what all the fun is about.

We will be at Everton Park Wolves this year on a Thursday!

Our skills session will run for three nights over three Thursdays. You then get some time to practice some skills before we start 9s on the 29th October.

🦁 Senior Men Grand Final – Kedron Lions

Our Senior Men gave everything in yesterday’s Grand Final against Redcliffe. While the scoreboard wasn’t in our favour, this group has built something special over the course of the season. Making a Grand Final is a huge milestone for the club, and to get there playing with heart, pride and true Redleg spirit is something we can all be proud of. This team has raised the bar on effort, resilience and unity all year, giving us a strong foundation to build on in 2027.

Congratulations to Redcliffe on their premiership.

To every Redlegger who travelled, cheered, volunteered and supported – thank you. You backed the boys with passion, pride and real class. ❤️💙

🦁 Div 3 Grand Final – Kedron Lions
Last night our Div 3 side took on a strong Coorparoo team in the Grand Final. In the end, Coorparoo claimed the premiership with a final score of Coorparoo 8.11.59 to Kedron Lions 2.6.18. Congratulations to Coorparoo on their premiership win.

While it wasn’t the result we wanted, getting back to back Grand Finals is a massive achievement for this group. The boys played with true Redleg spirit – tough, fair and full of heart – and represented the club with pride. ❤💙

A huge thank you to everyone who came down to cheer the lads on. Your support means the world to the players and the club. ❤️💙

Our Senior Men head back to Sandgate today at 1:30pm to take on Redcliffe in the QFA Div2 Grand Final today - see you there.
