Important Notice: Tee-Time Bookings
Dear Members,
To ensure fair access to the course and an enjoyable experience for all players, members must book a tee time before playing a round of golf.
Tee-time bookings allow the Club to manage the number and spacing of groups on the course. This reduces congestion and delays, supports a steady pace of play, and helps prevent too many groups arriving at the first tee at the same time. Bookings also help our team plan competitions, social golf, course maintenance and other activities while ensuring members have a confirmed time to play. This is now a requirement throughout the week and especially on the weekend. With the comp on until 2.30pm, Sunday afternoons fill up very fast, so we ask you to plan ahead. All members must check in to the golf shop when arriving.
Being on time for your bookings is also very important. All bookings that are late may find they have lost their Tee time and will have to wait until a later tee time is available.
Please book your tee time through the Club’s usual booking system before arriving and include the names of everyone in your group. If your plans change, please cancel or amend your booking promptly so the time can be made available to another member. Members who arrive without a booking may be asked to wait until an appropriate tee time is available.
We appreciate your cooperation. Booking ahead helps make the best use of our golf course, gives every member a fair opportunity to play, and creates a safer, smoother and more enjoyable experience for everyone.
