If you have been following this page for a little while, you would notice how I have taken on mindfulness as part of my health journey. Today on my lunch, in between 2 logged in jobs, I was having a strong moment of being overwhelmed and stress, causing me to have a little anxiety.
Anxiety can hit at the most inconvenient of times like myself today.
I took on a strategy to use guided meditation to help with daily life stresses. I‘ve done a many practices of this, but nothing quite like the video linked 👇🏾.
It actually made me go through my problems and made me look at it differently. It guided me in this new practice.

I want to share this because I think someone here my need it, or is resonating with me on the same vibration.

The stars and the universal powers have aligned for me 🙂
I had a job interview today which went really well, and out of spur thought I checked my MoonX App for today’s affirmations. What do you know?!?!

Last month moon rotation was really tough for me. It was all about loving myself and letting go fear. It was tough because so many uncertain things were happening.
I’m just glad I had the right people around me to help me through those times.

Remembering that mental and emotional health can be just as important as physical health. Do whatever you feel is right to be able to safely and freely let go of negative feelings, reset your mind, let positive feelings fall into place and building a resilient mind, body and soul.
