Many members have interstate home-bases, and we’re very proud to be joined each year by a contingent of Northern Hemisphere athletes for their Southern Winter training. Our guiding principle is “To promote, encourage and foster competitive snow sports”, and over the years MHRS has developed a reputation as one of the leading race training organisations in Australia. • ski anything, anywhere, anytime;
• build skills that will last a lifetime (skiing skills + life skills);
• develop the habits that form a healthy lifestyle (fitness, nutrition, mental skills, knowledge); and

Team Hotham are excited to announce Dave Crozier as Snowboard Development Manager & BMF coach for the 2026 season. Dave will be joining the team for the bulk of the season, working with snowboarders across all age groups to develop and refine their technical skills, confidence and all-mountain riding. He will be supporting our Big Mountain Freeride athletes as they prepare for the FWT Junior event at Mt Hotham in early August. Originally from the North of England but based in the French Alps for 20 years, Dave brings extensive experience as a snowboard coach, educator and athlete. He runs his own snowboard school in France, works with Nidecker Snowboards, and is a BASI Trainer delivering snowboard instructor and coach education courses. We look forward to welcoming Dave to Australia for his first winter down under!
