of our regulars and we extend our deepest sorrow and sadness to Helen Graham and Neil Parker and families and to Richard and Fran Fifield and families.
We trialled the phone card scoring system today with mixed results!!
Lucky Alison Campbell kept a written card, but hopefully we can improve.
Thanks Jane for trying to drag us into the "Cardless golf world"!!

What a lovely day for Golf this week but the results didn't match the
weather!!!
Five golfers played a stroke round, that could have been the trouble.
It was the two men's day. Boss Peter Skeers had a "shocker" 1st nine
holes. He hit nearly every tree on that nine holes. Even hit one tree
3 times. Then on the last nine holes Peter had 5 pars in a row and
beat Sir Richard by one stroke.
Boss Peter had a 72nett and Sir Richard had a 73nett. Well done you two!!
They were not satisfied with their scores. They then won The NTP.
NTP on the 7th Peter Skeers
NTP 2nd shot on the 13th Sir Richard.
The 3 ladies should have stayed home as their golf was not very good.
The Coffee Award went to Helen Parker because Helen had a nice day in
the sun!!
Next week is The Monthly Medal Stroke Round. The Gentlemen are not in
this competition. So all you ladies please turn up and show them that
we can play golf!!
So see you all at 9am in Diffs Domain next Thursday.
