Week 11 → Deload
We’re still training and showing up, but this week is all about pulling things back. Lower loads, cleaner movement, more control. Focus on recovery, mobility, and giving your body the chance to absorb all the work you’ve just put in. This is where the magic happens 🧠
Week 12 → PEAK WEEK 😤
Time to turn it on. We ramp things back up and put your strength to the test. Expect to lift well, move with intent, and chase those numbers you’ve been building towards. This is your chance to see the progress and earn it 💥
