The recent hard work in the gardens by the members under the direction of Cheryl Storer is starting to show some results.

At the club's recent AGM life membership was awarded to Cicely Fenton for her outstanding contribution to the club since 2003.
Presentation of the club championship awards also took place.
A new committee was elected with 2 new members added to the mixture.

With the courts too wet to play on last Saturday members adjourned to the club house to play indoor croquet.

Congratulations to Brian Mibus who was the winner of Division 2 at the South West Association Regional championships. Glenys Kuilboer was the runner up in Division 4 losing to the eventual winner only by the number of hoops and Lesley Schneider was also the runner up in Division 3. Well done to all the players.

Tonight ended a very successful month of Come and Try Croquet for 2026. A big thank you to Vicki Allen for organising the sessions and all the members who came along to instruct the newcomers on what is involved in playing croquet.
