I’ve been holding off on making this post as I was trying to find the right words to express the experience, but I’ve come to realise there are no fitting words to explain the depth of what we seen, the information that was shared and the knowledge of such a huge loss of life and human sacrifice. Seeing and learning about this online or in books is one thing, but if you have the opportunity to travel and experience it in person it is beyond words. Thank you & for selecting me for such an unforgettable experience.

Took a bit of to PNG, I wanted to say a huge thank you to putting together such an outstanding environment to do my strength and conditioning & the recovery area , the sauna definitely helped me prepare to comfortably fight in the PNG heat.
Back at it all again to prepare for whatever comes next
