Maybe the problem was never women dancing sensually.

Maybe the problem was women being taught to disconnect from themselves.

To be quieter.
Smaller.
Less expressive.
Less emotional.
Less seen.

Because a woman who is fully connected to her body is hard to control.

And that’s why so many of us spend years apologising for taking up space.

Dance won’t solve everything.

But it will remind you of something important:

Your body was never the enemy.

Your sensuality was never the problem.

And your self-expression was never something that needed permission. ❤️‍🔥
