I'm celebrating this year's Nature Ritual Retreats! I've held 5 women's hiking retreats this year and wow they've all been special in their own way! Rainforest, mountains and coastal - the landscapes have been spectacular! Long walks, short walks, wading through water, navigating waves, climbing over boulders - nothing short of fun! And all whilst encouraging each other and cheering each other on!

The final retreat of the year Rainforest Radiance is 4-6th of December, we'll be staying at the amazing and luxurious O'Reilly's Rainforest Villas. We have just one room left and it's only available until tonight. If you're looking for a little time for you before the busy Christmas season starts maybe this is your calling.

You can find all the details here: https://tri.ps/BZhsC

Or if you want to chat to see if it's the right retreat for you, send me a DM so we can arrange a call.

“I recently attended a Nature Ritual retreat with Lotus as a birthday treat for myself and it really was a treat. I must say I loved every minute of it, including the delicious meals, sunrise yoga, chatting around the campfire and meeting new friends, to exploring new and interesting walks while connecting with nature with some great mindfulness practices. I’ve heard the retreats are booking up fast... so my advice would be to reserve your spot as soon as you can to avoid missing out. Can highly recommend!.” Sarah, C. 🙌🙏❤️🥰
