We marry the best of traditional yogic philosophy, modern science and a strong contemporary Asana practice to provide a safe space for personal transformation in a supportive, fun and inspiring environment. Tomorrow afternoon come join Cass for the 4:30 Community Flow Class! As a graduate of our Summer Class of 26' Cass brings a full repertoire of awesomeness in every aspect of her life. She's strong yogini, a talented poet, dancer, artist and just a beautiful soul. She's been a part of our Community since 2022 and always shows up with a big heart and fierce determination in her practice. We can't wait to flow with you Cass!!

This $10 class is an open level Vinyasa practice suitable for beginners and experienced yogis. Come see for yourself how prepared our graduates are! Yin & Sound | @7:30 with

Some of us just want to dive deeper.

If you’ve been practicing for a while and you feel that quiet pull - the desire to understand yoga on a much deeper level, not because you want to stand in front of a class, but because you want to truly know yourself… this message is for you.

Our Yoga Teacher Training isn’t just for future teachers.
It’s for sincere practitioners who want to transform their practice from the inside out.

You’ll move beyond the physical shapes and explore the real heart of yoga - the philosophy, the breath, the subtle body, and the ancient teachings that still change lives today.

As Patanjali shares in the Yoga Sutras:

“Abhyāsa-vairāgyābhyāṁ tan-nirodhaḥ”
(Yoga Sutra 1.12)

"Through devoted practice and non-attachment, the fluctuations of the mind come to stillness."

This evening in the LAB | FLOW FREQUENCY and YIN & SOUND

Just as audio shapes space through vibration, asana shapes the body through movement. Both are frequencies - sound waves and energy waves dancing together.

Low-frequency bass is the heartbeat of the Earth. It grounds us, moves through the body like deep prana, and speaks directly to the root. Yoga does the same: it drops us into presence, releases what’s stuck, and aligns us with natural rhythm.

Together, bass + asana create a full-body resonance — where sound becomes movement, and movement becomes meditation.

Yin Yoga invites you to surrender long, still holds that melt deep into fascia and connective tissue. Crystal bowls and voice activation meet you there with pure vibration.

The bowls create resonant frequencies that ripple through your body like gentle waves, while your own voice (toning, humming, or chanting) activates inner energy, clears blockages, and awakens dormant prana.

Together, they form a powerful alchemy:

This Saturday, we are so excited for this magical human to make the leap into teaching yoga. Cass has been a part of our community for the last 4 years - always committed to rolling out her mat and practicing with an unwavering determination. It's been incredible watching your journey unfold Cass and we are so inspired by the dedication and effort you bring not only into your yoga practice but into your vibrant life! There is nothing she can't do - from living a good life full of movement, dance, poetry, art and choreography to name a few to just walking around with a big ol grin on her face - the FORCE is STRONG in this one!

Yoga is a simple practice.

You don't need much. A mat, maybe a block. No shoes, no worries.

All you need to do is to show up, try your best - what does that even mean in yoga?

It means try your best to be present, to feel. Try your best to breathe deep and smooth.

Try your best to move your body into the shapes, try your best to stay focused and be still when required.

If you try your best to do all of these things, your mind, by default, will quiet down. Your body will feel open

and strong - ready to move through life and your energy will feel calm, centered and relaxed.

Easy.

Simple.

All you've gotta do is show up.

You, Amplified.
