These transformations are about so much more than physical change. They represent early mornings, hard sessions, moments of self-doubt overcome, choosing discipline over excuses and showing up even when motivation wasn’t there.

I am beyond proud of every single one of these girls. Watching them grow stronger, more confident and believe in themselves again has been the greatest privilege. ✨

Healthy Twix Bars 🤎✨Base:¾ cup plain flour⅓ cup coconut oil, melted2 tbsp maple syrupPinch of saltOptional: add 1 scoop ...

Healthy Twix Bars 🤎✨

Base:
¾ cup plain flour
⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Optional: add 1 scoop vanilla protein powder for extra protein + flavour (you may need a splash more coconut oil or water)

Caramel:
1 cup Medjool dates (soaked in hot water for 10–15 mins)
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

Chocolate Top:
150g dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin or slice tray.
2. Mix base ingredients into a soft dough and press into tray.
3. Bake 10–12 mins until lightly golden. Cool slightly.
4. Blend soaked dates into a paste, then mix with peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla & salt.
5. Spread caramel over base and freeze 30–60 mins.
6. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and pour over top.
7. Chill until set, slice & enjoy ✨

Optional: flaky sea salt on top = elite.
