What a fantastic time Team Edgeworth had in Dubbo at the KRMAS National Championships! 🏆

Everyone competed with amazing martial arts spirit, sportsmanship and determination. Win, lose or draw, I hope you all walked away having learnt something valuable from the day.

A special mention to Chukyu David for taking home the Overall Adult Champion Trophy, an awesome achievement!

Thank you to the families who travelled along to support, those who jumped in to help with refereeing, and of course our competitors who stepped up to the challenge and cheered each other on throughout the day.

- Rank and Progression: Belts reflect a student’s skill level and experience. Most begin with white and progress through a series of colors, with black belts representing advanced levels. Each step marks growth along the journey.
- Motivation and Goals: Working toward the next belt gives students something concrete to aim for. It builds consistency, discipline, and a drive to improve.
- Structure and Hierarchy: The belt system brings order to the dojo. It helps instructors quickly assess experience levels and pair students effectively during training.

Winter is officially here. The question is: which version of you will show up this season?

Version 1:
You wake up, go to work, come home, have dinner, then head to Martial Arts training to finish the day strong.
You get home tired, but fulfilled. Proud of yourself for showing up, moving your body, and doing something that makes you stronger every single day.

Version 2:
You wake up, go to work, come home, have dinner, then scroll on your phone until it’s time for bed.
You fall asleep feeling sluggish, frustrated you skipped training again, knowing you could’ve done more for yourself today.
