Corey Wedlock and Emma Firyana Saroji remain at World No.1, but there is plenty of movement behind them following the Commonwealth Games and other recent ranked events.

Commonwealth Games singles champions Sam Tolchard and Katherine Rednall both move into the Top 10, with Rednall climbing from 14th to No.2 and Tolchard rising nine places to No.8.

Gary Kelly also moves into the men’s No.2 position after taking singles bronze and pairs gold in Glasgow.

With qualification for the 2026 WBS Finals in Malaysia now entering its final stages, every ranking point matters. The top 12 available men and women as of 31 October will earn their place in Kuala Lumpur this December.

The latest World Bowls Series rankings are out.

The updated men’s and women’s standings are now live, with the race towards the 2026 WBS Finals continuing to take shape.

The rankings will determine the 12 highest ranked available male and female players invited to compete at the WBS Finals in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia this December, based on the standings as of 31 October 2026.

This year’s field brings together national champions, former winners and leading World Bowls Series players for five days of international singles competition.

From 6-10 October, national champions from 35 nations will come together at CluBarham in New South Wales, Australia, to compete for the men’s and women’s titles.

During the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, representatives from the Ghanaian Government joined Bowls Ghana President Charles Obeng Amofah and World Bowls for productive discussions around the sport’s continued growth across the country.

Following the launch of the Ghana Bowls Federation in 2025, World Bowls remains committed to helping create more opportunities for people to experience and participate in bowls.

The player list is confirmed for the 2026 World Bowls Champion of Champions, with 62 athletes from 35 nations set to compete from 6-10 October.

Former champions, World Bowls Series contenders and athletes fresh from Glasgow 2026 will all be chasing one of the sport’s major international titles.
