We would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU! Thank you for showing up, prioritising your health and making so many gains. As Pilates instructors watching the improvement is a never ending joy.

Remember it’s easy to exercise when the weather is warm and the motivation is high. The real magic happens when you keep showing up on the cold, dark morning and evenings.

Keep coming. Keep moving. Spring WILL come. And you will be glad you stayed consistent. Consistency beats motivation every time.

NEWS FLASH!!!!

We are so excited to welcome two new instructors to our Mat Pilates timetable.

You may have already noticed their names appearing on the schedule and we’re thrilled for our community to experience what they each bring to the studio. Both instructors share our passion for thoughtful movement, strong foundations and creating classes that leave you feeling stronger, balanced and exercised whilst enjoying a genuine connection to correct movement.

Be sure to introduce yourself when you see them in studio and join us in giving them a very warm welcome. Their classes are able to be booked via the Gymcatch app. We hope you enjoy our beautiful mat space.

The gorgeous Meghan Markle stopped in for some Pilates on her tour of Australia with Harry. We are so thankful she dropped in to keep herself fit and healthy during her busy schedule. 🤸‍♀️🍃

We also gave her a referral to Live Life Physio to help out with her foot issues 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤔
