Huge thank you to Ochre Medical Centre Oakey for welcoming me on my first visit to Oakey today!

As an Exercise Physiologist I use exercise to help treat and manage a wide range of conditions, pain and injury to improve clients health, capacity and independence.

Today I helped with:

🧘‍♀️ Pilates for pelvic floor concerns
🤕 Chronic pain management
💪 Post-surgery shoulder rehabilitation
🏃‍♂️High blood pressure & high cholesterol
🩸 Type 2 Diabetes management
🫁 COPD & shortness of breath
⚖️ Exercise for weight loss
🦵Falls prevention
🏡Strength and balance to maintain independence

If you have any of these conditions or any other chronic disease, pain or injury specific exercise can be very beneficial!

Book an appointment in Oakey, Chinchilla, Dalby or Jandowae and we can discuss the best plan for you 👏
