Myth vs Fact 💃

MYTH: “I’m just not coordinated.” 🙈

FACT: Coordination is a skill — and like any skill, it gets better with practice!

You don’t need to arrive at your first dance class knowing how to move your hands, hips, feet and zills all at once. That’s what learning is for! 😁

Start where you are, learn at your own pace, and celebrate those little “I DID IT!” moments along the way. 💜
