We’re also looking at running a specialist defensive skills session with High Performance Coach Patti Farrell to give our Saints players the opportunity to sharpen their defensive game ahead of rep season. 💙💛

This session will cover general defensive skills and strategies (1:1 tracking, dictate/deny/delay, first ball intercept etc). The session will be limited to 12–15 athletes per group to ensure maximum coach interaction and individual correction/feedback.

Friday night saw our Saints girls go head-to-head in the GBNL 18 Years Grand Final - Metro Robinson vs Metro Burke. Mates vs mates! 🥰

What a nail-biter for Saints 11 yesterday! 🔥🏐

After a tough match in the heat, the girls battled through extra time, giving it everything until the very last second. The opposition scored in the final seconds to take the win.

The result didn’t go our way, but we couldn’t be prouder of this incredible team and the heart, grit and determination they showed all season. 💙👏

💙Saints 9 - what a season! 💛

Our Inters Div 1 girls fought hard, but unfortunately it wasn’t to be, falling short of making it to the Grand Final.

Coming together from 7 different teams, they built incredible connections and played some fantastic netball together. One of the most impressive things about this group has been how quickly they gelled and trusted each other on court, despite many never having played together before.

A phenomenal season and a team to be so proud of! 🙌

What a fight from Saints 12 today! 💙💛🏐

Down by 7 at half time in their preliminary final, the girls dug deep and showed incredible grit and determination to claw their way back into the game and take it right to the final whistle - going down by just a single goal.

The result may not have gone our way, but the effort, fight and never-give-up attitude were outstanding.

So proud of you Saints 12! 🙌
