Updated Class and Staff Schedule

Here’s our updated 2026 weekly class timetable. All classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Classes Available:
Monday
6:00am – Functional Fitness
9:30am – Mystery
5:15pm – Strength

Tuesday
9:30am – Strength
5:15pm – Mystery

Wednesday
6:00am – Functional Fitness
9:30am – ABT

Thursday
9:30am – HIIT
5:00pm – HIIT

Friday
6:00am – Full Body Strength

No classes Tuesday morning, Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning (early), Fridays after 6am, or on weekends.

Spots may be limited, so get in early and stay consistent.

Message us or speak to staff during staffed hours for more info.

🚨 Member Update – Wednesday 25th March 🚨

Just a quick heads up that our staff will be away for training tomorrow.
✅ The 6am class WILL still go ahead
❌ The gym will be closed for the rest of the day
🔑 24-hour members will still have access as usual

We apologise for any inconvenience.

That said… no excuses! Let’s keep those fitness goals on track 🔥 Here are a few ways you can stay active tomorrow:

🏃‍♂️ Get outdoors – go for a run, walk, or bike ride around town
🏋️‍♀️ Bodyweight workout at home – think squats, push-ups, lunges, planks
⏱ Try a quick HIIT session – 20 minutes is all you need to break a sweat
🧘 Stretch or do yoga – recovery is just as important as training
👯 Grab a training buddy – keep each other accountable and motivated
📲 Use a fitness app or YouTube workout for guided sessions

Remember, consistency is key 🔑 One day doesn’t stop progress — staying committed does!
