Final Reminder, EOI's for Road Academy positions close tonight. If you're an ambitious young cyclist ready to take the next step in your riding journey? The 2026 AusCycling Road Development Academies are now accepting Expressions of Interest, offering an exciting opportunity for emerging talent to develop their skills, confidence, and racing potential.
Designed for riders aged 13–16 (U15 & U17), with select opportunities available for U19 athletes, the academies provide a fun, challenging, and supportive high-performance environment focused on long-term athlete development. Riders will work alongside experienced coaches and like-minded athletes while building the foundations needed to progress through the performance pathway.
Participants will gain access to:
• High-quality training sessions and race-specific development
• Expert coaching and mentoring from experienced staff
• Skill, technical, and tactical development both on and off the bike
• Education around performance, recovery, mindset, and athlete wellbeing
• Opportunities to grow within the AusCycling Performance Pathway
The 2026 program is about more than just performance — it’s about inspiring the next generation of cyclists, building strong team culture, and helping young riders unlock their full potential in the sport.
