ENTRIES ARE OPEN!

Equestriad is back at the beautiful Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park on the 19th and 20th of September, and we’re getting ready for another fantastic weekend of eventing in Camden.

With classes catering for a wide range of riders and horses, from EvA50, EvA65, EvA80 and EvA95 through to our higher-level competitors, there’s something for everyone.

Come and enjoy a weekend of dressage, showjumping and cross country at one of NSW’s most iconic equestrian venues.

REMINDER – EQUESTRIAD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Our Equestriad Eventing Australia Annual General Meeting will be held this Monday the 31st of August at 7pm at Camden RSL Club.

We would love to welcome anyone interested in getting involved and helping shape the future of Equestriad.

With some exciting plans ahead, this is a great opportunity to come along, meet the team, learn more about what goes into running Equestriad and find out how you can be part of it.

Committee positions for the 2026–2027 year will be open for nomination.

FINAL CALL FOR TRADE STALL HOLDERS

We are finalising our Trade Village for Equestriad Eventing FEI, being held at Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park on Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th of September 2026.

If you have an equestrian, lifestyle, fashion or complementary business and would love the opportunity to showcase your products to competitors, supporters and spectators, this is your final chance to get involved.

Our Trade Village will be positioned front and centre within the event precinct, in a high foot traffic area designed to give our exhibitors great exposure throughout the weekend.

Trade sites are $200 + GST for the event.

We are finalising our trade stall holders this week, so if you have been thinking about joining us, now is the time to get in touch.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available for businesses wanting to increase their presence at the event, and we can tailor packages incorporating both sponsorship and a trade site.

HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE OF EQUESTRIAD

Equestriad Eventing Australia invites all members to attend our Annual General Meeting.

Date: Monday, 31st August 2026
Time: 7:00 pm
Location: Camden RSL Club

Over the past 12 months, Equestriad has continued to grow, and we are excited about what the future holds. Our Annual General Meeting is an opportunity to reflect on what has been achieved, hear about our plans moving forward, and have your say in the future direction of our organisation.

We encourage all members to attend and become involved. Whether you have been part of Equestriad for many years or are looking to contribute for the first time, we would love to see you there.

Nominations are now open for the following committee positions:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• General Committee Members

If you would like to nominate yourself or someone suitable for a position, please submit your nomination in writing to [email protected] prior to the AGM.

We are always looking for passionate people who want to contribute to the continued success and growth of Equestriad. If you would like to play a part in helping deliver world-class events and support the future of eventing, we encourage you to put your hand up.

With thousands of competitors, owners and spectators expected across the weekend, Equestriad 2026 is an incredible opportunity to put your business in front of one of Australia's most passionate equestrian audiences.

We're currently looking for businesses to join our Trade Village for our **FEI International Event** on **19 & 20 September**.

Whether you're an equestrian retailer, horse health provider, apparel brand, lifestyle business, food vendor or something completely different, we'd love to hear from you.

We’d also like to extend a sincere thank you to the NSW Office of Sport for their support of our event this weekend.
Through their Community Grant program, they have helped make events like this possible, supporting grassroots sport and creating more opportunities for riders to get out and do what they love.
This kind of backing goes a long way in strengthening our local equestrian community, and we’re incredibly grateful to have their support.
