M18B GRAND FINAL RUNNERS-UP

Congratulations to our M18B team on a fantastic season.

Our boys gave it everything in today’s Grand Final, going down 2–1 in golden goal extra time after a great game of football.

A huge thank you to our amazing coaches Connor and Frank. The Club is extremely grateful to you both for your ongoing support, passion and mentorship of these young men. You are not only great coaches, but two amazing humans, and we are very lucky to have you both at Budgewoi.

To the team, what a year! Congratulations on a great season and for making it all the way to the Grand Final. The Club is very proud of you all.

Our Technical Director summed it up perfectly:

“Our 18s were gallant in defeat, beaten in golden goal whilst playing some entertaining football. Great season and congrats to all coaching staff, players and supporters.”

💚💛 W14B - GRAND FINAL RUNNERS-UP 💛💚

Congratulations to our W14B girls on a fantastic season!

A very close Grand Final today, going all the way to extra time and finishing 3–2.

We are so proud of the girls and everything they have achieved this year. Making a Grand Final is a great achievement and a credit to the whole team.

A big thank you to Coach Joel for a great year and everything you have done for the girls, and to our amazing Manager Kylie, who is always there and does so much for the team.

Thank you also to all of our parents and carers for your commitment throughout the season, getting the girls to training and games and supporting them each week.

Congratulations to all of our players on a fantastic season and an amazing result today.

FINALS WEEKEND IS HERE!

A massive weekend of finals football ahead for Budgewoi FC, with our Junior Grand Finalists and Senior Finals teams all taking the field across Saturday and Sunday.

Our U12BN, W14B and M18B teams will be playing for the Grand Final, while our senior teams continue their finals campaigns in their Minor and Major Semi Finals.

Good luck to all of our players, coaches and managers this weekend.

Our Academy has been designed to provide young footballers with the opportunity to build the technical skills, game intelligence and confidence needed to reach their full potential. Led by our Technical Director, Norm Boardman, players will learn through a modern development program that focuses on the fundamentals of the game while creating a fun, challenging and supportive learning environment.
