Strength is the foundation of your function. It’s the magic ingredient that keeps you moving, independent, and capable of handling everyday life with ease.

Here is why building strength is the ultimate form of self-care:

When on holidays, this guy still keeps moving! An inspiration for us all 👏🏽

Anyhow, let me introduce you to Steve. I still remember when Steve first started a few years ago with FFF and his knees were sore. His mobility wasn’t the best either. As a result, this made squatting difficult, getting up off the floor was painful and hard work. Now Steve moves so well, squats with ease, is able to get up off the ground a whole lot easier and keeps up with the younger crowd in the group classes! I’m very impressed with your results and I’m also very impressed with your consistency! Well done Steve and enjoy the rest of your cruise 🚢
