Balance is bu****it & here’s why ⬇️🫪

Balance is not being 100% on plan on the weekdays & 0% on the weekends, that’s sh*tty discipline. Balance is not taking a day off training because you don’t feel like it, that’s a poor excuse keeping you stuck. I hate to fu***ng say it but rewarding yourself with a sweet treat after doing the bare minimum & calling it ✨ balance ✨ is not fu***ng balance (don’t get me wrong i love a good sweet treat but it doesn’t always align with my goals 🤧 my pepsi max makes do)

Balance is a privilege once you tick off all other areas. If you’re consistently missing sessions & having unplanned meals that’s not balance anymore, that’s habit. It’s those habits you disguise as balance, that keep you looking the same as you did 2 years ago. 🥲

There is absolutely a time & a place for balance, but it probably doesn’t look like what you think it does. 🙂‍↕️‼️

Honey wasn’t a beginner. She already went to the gym BUT like so many gym girls, she was stuck in that frustrating middle ground where you’re doing “all the right things” but you’ve got nothing to show for it.

More workouts wasn’t the answer, training harder wasn’t the answer & doing another challenge was NOT the fckn answer. What she needed was structure + smarter ex*****on.

Gym girls don’t often need ‘more motivation’. They need someone to show them where the gaps are because knowing how to train & knowing how to get results are two very different things.

If you’re training consistently, ticking the boxes & still wondering why you look the same, it’s probably not an effort problem. It’s likely a structure problem that NEEDS fixing. Comment or DM me ‘FIX’ & I’ll help you identify the biggest gap holding you back. 👀⬇️
