Academy League – Gold Coast 2026 Champions.
Our U8s were simply exceptional from start to finish. A 2–0 win in the Grand Final was the perfect reflection of who they are as a team — disciplined, confident, and brave on the ball.
What stood out most wasn’t just the results, but how they played. A clear and well-defined playing style built on composure, intelligent positioning, and the courage to play through lines. Always looking to build, to connect, to dominate the game with the ball — not just chase it. At this age, that level of understanding and ex*****on is special.
They showed personality, decision-making, and a real love for the game. That’s the identity we are building.
A special mention to Julian M, awarded MVP of the tournament. A true leader on and off the pitch — leading by example with his work rate, attitude, and composure in big moments. Always putting the team first, demanding high standards, and inspiring those around him. A well-deserved recognition.
