uit. Our adult classes covered a wide range of content including Self-Defence techniques, introductory level Jiu-Jitsu, Advanced Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo, and more! Private sessions are available with some of our Instructors for additional fees (enquire at the club for more information).
