Join one of Latin dancing’s most in-demand teaching partnerships across two days as we go Beyond the Syllabus with five workshops designed to challenge you, develop your dancing and introduce you to ideas beyond our regular class content.

FRIDAY 4 SEPTEMBER: BACHATA
🕡 6:30pm–7:30pm
Bachata Play: Lead, Follow & React
Create a conversation between partners rather than simply executing patterns.
🕢 7:45pm–8:45pm
Bachata Musicality: Dance What You Hear
Understand breaks, accents and rhythm changes, and learn to interpret the different layers of Bachata music.
SATURDAY 5 SEPTEMBER: SALSA (on-1)
🕐 1:00pm–2:00pm
Salsa Partnerwork: Smooth, Fast & Connected
Develop better leading and following, cleaner transitions and combinations you can actually use socially.
🕑 2:15pm–3:15pm
Salsa Shines, Footwork & Musicality
Develop sharper footwork, timing and body movement, along with the ability to respond to different instruments.
🕞 3:30pm–4:30pm
Salsa Spins & Turn Technique
Work on balance, spotting, preparation and control, with techniques for cleaner, faster turns.
WHO ARE THESE WORKSHOPS FOR?
The weekend is most suitable for intermediate-level dancers: Dance Culture Level 3 & 4 students or equivalent.
